Cheer High School Preparation

This class is for people who are thinking about trying out for their high school cheerleading squad or are current High School Cheerleaders that want to solidify their current skills. For Jr. High and High School aged students, this class will teach you the skills you will need to be prepared for your tryouts. Including basic stunting, jumps, motions, and voice cadence.

Basic Training

Basic training – FUNdamentals is a program developed to introduce cheer in a fun way to athletes (ages 6-14) that have never been a part of All Stars and are curious as to what it’s all about. The idea is for athletes and families to fall in love with All Star cheer in a learning-only, non-competitive environment. This is a 11-week program. 1-hour practice per week.

Recreational Cheer

This class gives an introduction of all aspects of cheerleading from basic choreography, jumps, and beginning tumbling skills. If you want to learn the basics of cheer, this class is right for you.  You will also have the option of joining the cheer prep program or our all-star cheer program.   Or, if you just want to learn cheer once a week as a recreational class, you can do that too.  We recommend an additional Tumbling or T&T class at a discount.
