BASIC TRAINING

Basic Training Starts January 8th!

Basic training is a program developed to introduce cheer in a fun way to athletes that have never been a part of Cheer and are curious as to what it’s all about. The idea is for athletes and families to fall in love with All Star cheer in a learning-only, fun, non-competitive environment. This is a 9-week program. 1-hour practice per week.

HIGH SCHOOL CHEER PREP

This class gives an introduction to all aspects of cheerleading from basic choreography,  jumps, voice cadence, mock tryouts, and evaluations. High school cheer prep is a class that will teach you the skills you will need to be prepared for your high school cheer tryouts.
