All of our camps are designed to increase skills and have FUN. We will do a 1st day evaluation and final day evaluation to measure growth and skills.

BEGINNER CHEER CAMP

June 3-6
This camp is designed to introduce new athletes (ages 6-12)  to the sport of cheerleading by teaching the fundamentals such as jump technique, motions and stunting. Athletes will learn a short routine throughout the week and will perform for parents on the last day. This camp will go from Monday-Thursday 1-3PM.

JUMP & FLEXIBILITY CAMP

June 10-13th
Jump & Flexibility camp is 2 hour camp designed for athletes(ages 6-18 ) that are looking to improve their jump technique and flexibility. Athletes will be working on proper arm/leg placement and hyperextension of legs for higher jumps as well as strengthening muscles to help with flexibility. This camp will go from Monday-Thursday 1-3PM.

FLIP CAMP

Session 1 June 3-7,  Session 2 July 8-12
Flip Camp is a two hour instructional morning camp where kids can come in and work on skills in tumbling and trampoline. Instructors will be running the camp, splitting the kids by skills they need to work on and rotating through the equipment to work on those skills. All ability levels are invited to Flip Camp. Thirty minutes of camp will be instructional open gym so kids have time to practice what they have learned or learn new skills. Ages 6-14

BEGINNING TUMBLING CAMP

Session 1 June 10-14, Session 2 July 15-191
This two hour instructional morning camp is for any kids who are interested in learning how to tumble. This camp will be working on the beginning and intermediate skills learned in tumbling. Roll, cartwheels, roundoffs, backbends, walkovers.  Instructors will be running the camp, splitting the kids by skills they need to work on and rotating through the equipment to work on those skills. Thirty minutes of camp will be instructional open gym so kids have time to practice what they have learned or learn new skills. Ages 5-12.

CARTWHEELS TO AERALS DANCE CAMP

June 17-21
Dance Tumbling Camp is a two hour instructional morning camp where kids can come in and work specifically on linear tumbling skills for dance. Instructors will be running the camp, splitting the kids by skills they need to work on and rotating through the equipment to work on those skills. Thirty minutes of camp will be instructional open gym so the kids have time to practice what they have learned or new skills. Ages 6-14.

BACK HANDSPRING AND BEYOND CAMP

Session 1 June 24-28, Session 2 July 22-26
Are you close to getting your back handspring and want to get it? Do you have a back handspring and want to get it better? Are you trying to get multiple back handsprings? Back handspring and beyond?  This two hour instructional morning camp is designed to work with kids in either getting their back handspring or working on improving their back handspring technique.  Instructors will be running the camp, splitting the kids by skills they need to work on and rotating through the equipment to work on those skills. Thirty minutes of camp will be instructional open gym so kids have time to practice what they have learned or learn new skills. Ages 6-14.
